Christmas or Yule Elf

Inspired by vintage mid-century knee-hugger elves (but designed and reimagined by me!), these little characters come dressed for the season in plush velvet. There's Holly and Star (yes, my kids named them) in a classic Christmas red and green colourway, Ivy comes in Yule-themed green and gold. They have jingle bell-trimmed hats and ruffled collars, as well as wired arms mean you can pose them however you like.

You can perch them on a shelf, tuck them onto a mantelpiece or... If you're the parent of small children*, perhaps our elves take on a little extra magic overnight and turn up in unusual spots around the house each morning? We won't say who they might be taking notes from - but we'll leave that particular tradition up to you. Goodness knows there's enough life admin to manage already this time of year.

Approx 36cm/14ins from tip of hat to toe, or about 23cm/9in high when posed seated.

You'll notice that 'Ivy' the green elf is a little smaller than the other two, maybe 13" instead. A making quirk!

A note on The Curious Elf Co. - as this year and next go on, I'll be producing seasonal decorations that arrive with the turning of the wheel of the year and bring a little curiosity and wonder to modern life.

Strictly limited seasonal stock - they won't hang around!

*Important note: these are not designed to be toys, they are designed to be kitsch decorations as part of a whimsical, seasonal display - I have two small kids and can confirm the design and attachments are not robust enough for play so please bear that in mind!

A note about my packaging: your elf will arrive in a new box but for the outer packaging I try to use recycled materials wherever possible.

Special note to USA shoppers: Unfortunately the cost of shipping is extremely high, this isn't necessarily due to the actual cost of postage but due to the tariffs for importing to your shores. I have made the shipping cost price and only a tiny bit more for adding any additional elves so you could always find more people and do a group order...
