Order Cancellation Policy

Had a change of heart? Not a problem! For cancellations made before your order's dispatched, you've two options:

Shop credit: the full value of your order, ready to use whenever you fancy.

Refund: choose this and a 3% cancellation fee comes off the total, otherwise we're left out of pocket.

Just get in touch as soon as you can after placing your order so we can make the switch. Once  we've packed it up, though, we're unable to make any changes - sorry about that!

 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order elf, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available elf not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
